I had an exceptional experience. I took my car in on a Sunday. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. It was super convenient, and I got a coupon for a free basic car wash at the car wash on the corner of Beach and Warner. Also, the staff is super friendly and communicates clearly. I knew I had found a gem when I called, and the initial voice message laid it all out clearly and to the point. It was a fantastic experience.
My car needed a smog check from a STAR station in order for me to renew my vehicle registration. I came here at noon and there was no line. The service was fantastic! They told me to help myself to water, coffee, and soda in the fridge as I waited. Before I even finished the can the smog check was done and passing results transmitted online which allowed me to immediately go to a dmv kiosk and renew my vehicle registration! Great and friendly customer service! The location is unbeatable, the beach decor and mural makes it feel like an ocean front SMOG check service. Free cold soda, water and hot coffee makes the 30 minutes feel like 3 minutes. I tried two other smog places that didn’t touch older cars but this location helped happily.
Fast, friendly & affordable. Easily the best SMOG experience I've had!
