Would give Six stars if I could. After Public storage renege on my reservation, I was in a tight spot. Items from an estate sell were to be delivered the next day, Went to Beach Self storage in Prince Frederick in a panic. They didn’t have any available units. The office person was nice enough to call the office in Ownings. They had several units available. Crisis averted. Superior customer service.
Very professional and pleasant. The facility is clean and well lit.
