Private Rental, was Perfect, by the beach. Easy work from, great food and entertainment.
Great location and an excellent pool — perfect for the kids and close to everything. Unfortunately, our air-conditioning didn’t work during our stay, the outdoor area was quite filthy, and the windows were noticeably dirty. Good value overall, but the place really needs some maintenance and cleaning to bring it up to scratch.
location was great for price we paid… although apartment didn’t feel clean , definitely due for a spruce up . cockroach poo in draws and couch felt dirty etc. kitchen could of done with some extra cleaning items even the dishwashing detergent was watered down . Queen bed was very hard and uncomfortable and lighting was terrible at night through bedroom windows. pool was lovely for the kids . i would definitely try somewhere else next time .
The key is picked up a different location, which is not the worst of the problems. The resort is called 'Blue beach resort' so we drove around looking for that sign. It is located inside Flynn beach apartments and the reception has nothing to do with the room you stay in. Going into the room there was a musty odour, and no sign at all the floors or surfacing had been cleaned at all. There is no insulation so you could hear all noise from the TV next door. We had accommodation booked for Beach Blue Resort for 1 night in December 2019 at a cost of $380.00.Photos of the resort look amazing but when you get there you are so very disappointed ☹️ as the photos they use are very misleading we had a garden view room booked absolutely no garden just a concrete wall tacky garden furniture.The smell of insecticide is overwhelming it nearly makes you want to vomit.On closer inspection we were only in the room for 5mins the bed looks like it is from the 1970s very dark throughout the reso... read more
