I have rented from them in the past...BUT...never again! I thought the checkout time was 11, it was 10AM. they called at 1030AM I told them I misunderstood. They were snotty! We were leaving and DR Daniel Patti, in his 70s, saw the housekeeper, felt sorry we were late and went back in and cleaned up some for her, dishwasher etc., He is kind to everyone. First time customer with Beach Rentals at Navarre, LLC. Property Inn at Summerwind 603. Several items were broken within the unit, including the toilet, and bedroom TV. Unit was dirty, floors sandy, decor and vents dusty, couches were dirty and stained, unit had a mildew smell. Several roaches were crawling on the balcony. After my stay when I contacted the company to receive a partial refund for the inability to use the amenities as advertised, they declined stating that nothing could be done after the fact. Once we were made aware, our maintenance team addressed the issue promptly—it was a quick fix that took less than five minutes. Regarding the bedroom TV, it is fully functional.
