First time customer with Beach Rentals at Navarre, LLC. Property Inn at Summerwind 603. Several items were broken within the unit, including the toilet, and bedroom TV. Unit was dirty, floors sandy, decor and vents dusty, couches were dirty and stained, unit had a mildew smell. Several roaches were crawling on the balcony. After my stay when I contacted the company to receive a partial refund for the inability to use the amenities as advertised, they declined stating that nothing could be done after the fact. Once we were made aware, our maintenance team addressed the issue promptly—it was a quick fix that took less than five minutes. Regarding the bedroom TV, it is fully functional.
