Once again, y'all have outdone yourselves. I find the properties to be as advertised, if not understated. The attention to details and anticipation of the needs of visitors is extraordinary. Looking forward to future bookings.
We recently rented Sunrise Sunset through Beach Realty. The home was everything and more than we expected and Beach Realty was very accommodating. They texted me throughout the rental process and while we were vacationing to make sure we had everything we needed. They left a welcome package with necessities to get us started and the keyless entry was easy to use and very convenient.
This might have just been our best year yet at Sea Esta. We have been coming to this house since 2015. It never disappoints. It has everything your could possibly need for a beach pool week. I love the stocked kitchen. I love the comfy couch. The house is clean and just perfect for our family. The weather was unbeatable this trip. Can’t wait to return soon. We enjoyed playing OBX opoly that was ironically made in our hometown Cincinnati oh. Also included a throwback picture of the kids in 2017 at the lighthouse.
We rented a house which was in terrible condition and falsely advertised. Beach Realty did nothing to remedy the many complaints we made. Despite being a seven bedroom home, there was only parking for three vehicles. There were no dressers in the bedrooms for clothing. The concrete around the pool had several cracks with weeds growing through each one. The outdoor shower drained into the concrete area around the pool leading into the home.
