Friendly staff eager to help us find a rental which allows our puppy to join us.
A++++ service. I knew the cottage was nice as I've stayed there before but the service that Beach Realty provided was stellar. I had a problem with the umbrella on my first day. I went to the office to report it and by the time we got back from lunch there was a brand new umbrella for us for the week! It get's better, in my rush to head to a wedding on my last day of vacation, I left my make-up back under the sink in the bathroom. my family has rented from beach realty, 6 stars for them not 5.cant wait to go again fantastic job.
We have used Beach Realty at least a dozen times as we have planned our vacations down on the Outer Banks. They are professional and organized, and we have never had any issues. Update 10/2021 - we had an awful experience. The house was filthy, and the dirty sheets were left behind - and no clean sheets. The bathrooms were ok, and they had vacuumed, but the kitchen and dining room in particular were filthy. Sunday to Sunday rental, so we spent Monday cleaning.
