Yesterday I had booked a last minute appointment to get my eyebrows done. I requested to see Kayla, but was given another girl to do my eyebrows (I don’t remember her name). This was my second time coming here so I figured I would come back! This time around my experience was not the best… the girl doing my eyebrows was nice , but I don’t think she understood what I wanted. I was extremely late for my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. Nonetheless Jessica still took me and provided me with excellent service. I shared that I too was a licensed esthetician and she gave me some really great tips. She was so nice and quick with my service I didn’t feel a thing. As a first timer I will definitely be back. Give her a raise she’s amazing and you can really tell she loves what she does
