Very poor communication and I spent a good chunk of my vacation cleaning our condo. Unfortunately, our experience was poor. We spent a meaningful amount of money to us to get away for a week and chose a condo at The Sanctuary through Beach Pros Realty. We called the day of check in. We were told our room was ready and drove to the office to pick up our welcome packet only to be told our room was not ready. Once it was, we arrived to unload and the elevators were not working. The house called shifting sands is a beach home to stay away from. It's to hot to enjoy your hard earned money. Stay away from Beach Pros Realty as the do not care about their customers.

SWIPE LEFT - Reviewing **** *********** Rd, Vacation rentals has become a thing for me. I always leave home with high hopes as the photos, provided online are so wonderful - the expectation is that when you get to the weekly rental ****** for 1 week) that it will be clean and beautiful. Here is the good part - **** *********** (Beach Pros) is spacious with 3 floors, allows for privacy for family and open areas for fun. There is Plenty of parking. They fired an African American young lady because she was black. Her coworker who was UNDER her called her the N word. Rather than firing the employee who was using racial slurs, they proceeded to fire the African American young lady and PROMOTE the employee (that was using racial slurs) to HER position. It’s 2021 and we’re still participating in racist activities? Seriously? Just sad. The situation was morally wrong and I hope the young woman gets her justice.
