Christie and Alli with Beach Property Management were great to work with in regards to my move into Seagate Villiage. While extremely busy, they managed to get me into a newly remodeled unit in a matter of a few days. Greatly appreciated! Neighborhood wise, I really couldn't ask for more and very surprising that this use to be military housing. Neighborhood is kept up very well. Plenty of sidewalks to take morning or evening walks.
