Beach Powered Mobility is truly the best. There was once a time where we were not able to enjoy true family vacations due to limited accessibility and accommodations- this no longer holds us back. Every single staff member is hospitable, outgoing, and informative. We were given names of hotels/condos that their chairs are known to have no issues at, we were walked through every detail of the chair (what to and not to do), and we were accommodated with an easy and quick drop off. We have a special needs son and this company was AWESOME! They delivered chair to us even though we’re an hour and half away from where our condo was !! Very friendly service too!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND & we will use them for future vacations!
Not a patron of the company but witnessed first hand the unprofessionalism of how a situation was handled when a man who had rented a chair and lost power in the beach was handled. Someone in our party called and they suggested we push him to the road keep in mind this man his older wife and 3 small grand kids were literally stranded! We are from Ohio, on vacation for a week here in Panama City Beach. We went to see them after searching the internet for mobility equipment service, they were the best one from the websites. We had questions about some of the products that they rent - they are very knowledgeable about the products. The other issue was needing a part for my Golden brand mobi scooter.
