Great product and service. It was great working with Garrett; he is very knowledgeable about his products. We got an Aspen Spa and absolutely love it and have no problem at all recommending Beach Pools & Spas. They also have all of the chemicals needed to maintain your spa.
Do not recommend. Seemingly disorganized on the pool maintenance side. Technician Vern, who was recently hired back, Skipped several times my pool and my neighbors pool for a simple clean. Neglected my chemicals and my pump during the winter. Not to great of management, I was still charged for these visits. 1 star.
Purchased a hot tub from Garrett... extremely pleased with his knowledge and helping to select best tub for us. Purchase and delivery went perfectly. We appreciate his assistance on helping us find great contractors for concrete and electrical needs. Overall a 5 star experience from start to finish! Tim Rose /Calabash
