This place has been perfect for my family! The staff is great. Autum and Jose are some of the nicest people and really make living here feel like we’re a community. Highly recommend for any younger couples with kids that want to live near the beach and all the great amenities Huntington Beach has to offer. 5 stars!
Autumn was amazing! She made the entire application and move in process smooth and stress free for my partner and I. She’s incredibly kind, detail oriented and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommend working with Autumn!

Shout out to Beachpoint Apts - Property is extremely clean and staff is very friendly. 5 stars Bravo Beachpoint Apts… I’ve lived here 5 years and the new owners are top notch operators..the best addition by far is the new property manager Autumn. Nice, smart and believe it or not always calls you back!!
Autumn and Jose go above and beyond to address any concerns and work daily to maintain a beautiful property. They have created an environment that I love coming home to. The location is in the heart of Huntington Beach and as soon as I turn off Beach Blvd it becomes peaceful and quiet, filled with neighbors who smile and say hello. This place is a hidden gem.
