We just moved into our new home here at Beachpoint, this is the second time we have chosen AMC property and are very please this far! Jose, Marta and Katie have been so kind, helpful and patient throughout the process. Jose is the onsite maintenance and is super friendly, and does an excellent job with any request.

I have lived here for almost a year and a half in both a 2 and 1 bedroom apartment. Aside from having heavy footed upstairs neighbors in my last apartment, I honestly have no complaints! Tracy has been nothing short of amazing and gets $h!t done! Maintenance isn't perfect but always responds quickly and even brought my heavy package over to my house when it was delivered to the wrong apartment. I am actually on the web poking around and was surprised to read some of these comments. I would say I have lived here for 7 or so years. The apartments are not new, but they are beautiful. Maintenance and Management provide excellent quality service. The grounds are beautifully maintained.

I've lived here for about four years and it's great. The office staff is always friendly, it's generally pretty quiet with mostly couple's and families, the maintenance requests are completed quickly, and there's tons of open parking so there's no need for guest passes. That's probably the best part about this place! The only thing I wish they had was a gym. It's not as fancy with all the amenities but if you don't need things like a business office or group yoga classes or anything it's a great place especially for the pric... read more

Read response carefully, cut and paste! NEVER ONE COMPLAINT AS TENANT EVER! NEVER there fault is ALWAYS a tenant's that " broke rules" like asked for something to be fixed. Same owner and management comp of HB SLATER SLUMS AND HUNTINGTON GARDENS where wash and dryer are in parking lot! Still have lots of friends that live there afraid to say anything and be FORCED to leave. That place is a motel not a home.
