Ellen has great patience and customer service and truly wants to help you out during such a stressful time of not knowing whether or not you have bed bugs. I recommend their bedbug dog especially and you can be sure that they were exterminate every one of your bugs. Thanks again for your patience!

Matt and everyone were amazing. Ellen and everyone at the office were incredibly helpful. I had a minor bed bug problem, which can be very stressful if you’ve never dealt with it before. They walked me through the process, how to prepare (didn’t even need to bag anything!) and how to take preventative actions.
