Angel and Tiffany at the leasing office are an incredible team. They got me right in, maintenance team is quick and great. Also, the community here is amazing. 5 stars all around!
What a wonderful place to tour! The neighborhood is nice and quiet with only 48 residence. Rooms are spacious. Angel Callejas was wonderful to work with and accommodating!
If you’re considering moving here, be aware the management team seems to only care about whether rent is paid on time — they don’t seem concerned with residents’ living conditions. I’ve been a resident here for two years, and while the location is convenient, my experience with management has been disappointing due to a range of unresolved issues. We lived in Beachpark apartments for 2 years! It is well maintained and located in a very good spot. Management and maintenance crew is very responsive, and helpful! I would recommend this apartments to others!
