I've lived at Beach Park for more than 4 years and have loved living here. This is a safe family friendly community, the maintenance team is kind and responsive, and the landscaping is well maintained! Neighbors are friendly and respectful, and located in a great school district with many walking trails nearby. I love using the gym and sauna and have had many fun pool days in the Summer. I have been a resident since 2019. I submitted service requests here and there over the years, but the past few months have been quite disruptive. Toward the end of 2022, a shower leak in my bathroom wall required a bathroom remodel after black mold and major water damage was discovered. I was without access to my bathroom for a month during the repairs. They gave me access to an empty unit for bathroom use. Very clean and safe community. With an incredible maintenance team who helped get our move-in perfect. Edy Andrade, the service manager, is very professional and helpful, and quick to come and fix any problems we have had.
Do not live here if you like peace and quiet. Very loud area. Main Street, near freeway and airplanes go directly over every 5 mins. People don’t pick up dog poop. Leaf blowers all the time. They start construction on the pool and never notified tenants. Didn’t fix the pool area or notify tenants when it was done. Place is a mess. People smoke on property. Dishwasher is also ancient and doesn’t even clean the dishes. Go elsewhere. This place is not worth the money.
