I’ve been apartment living for most of my life and have dealt with a lot of the big property management companies, and I will say that Prometheus is hands down the BEST ONE!! From the super friendly and helpful leasing agents to the maintenance team, this place is great! Loud! Cars, Airplanes sometimes every 3 minutes! Incompetence at the leasing office! Lies! Maintenance comes rather quickly to fix things but essentially it’s “show up and do something to keep the customer happy” even though if you have some clue you can see how incompetent they are. Utilities are overpriced probably because they tackle all property upkeep and cost as an average. $500+ a month for not using heaters or stove much. Angel and Tiffany at the leasing office are an incredible team. They got me right in, maintenance team is quick and great. Also, the community here is amazing. 5 stars all around!
What a wonderful place to tour! The neighborhood is nice and quiet with only 48 residence. Rooms are spacious. Angel Callejas was wonderful to work with and accommodating!
If you’re considering moving here, be aware the management team seems to only care about whether rent is paid on time — they don’t seem concerned with residents’ living conditions. I’ve been a resident here for two years, and while the location is convenient, my experience with management has been disappointing due to a range of unresolved issues.
