The apartment was not cleaned prior to moving in! How do I know, it was the holidays and we moved in few days after the lease started. They send a cleaner who entered the premises without notice on my wife while breastfeeding! Apartment was never cleaned, we had to clean ourselves! Management did not say a word, no apology, no offer to clean or anything like that, they knew what happened and kept their mouth shut hoping we won’t notice! Be warned!
This is the same service crew, headed by Edy A., that also does the Miramar complex across the street, and they do stellar work — infinitely superior to that of years past. Quick response,with quality work, making sure to take care with your stuff. A pleasure to deal with.
I have lived at Beach Park Apartments for over 12 years. The crew that maintains the property has changed several times but the quality of their service has been exemplary. Timely and great customer service. Thanks to Marcos, Christopal(?), Francisco,Andrew, Mike and now Eddie.
I had a wonderful experience living in this apartment! The place is always clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The management team is fantastic—responsive, friendly, and professional. I want to especially thank Edi from the maintenance team for his prompt and helpful assistance. He fixed my disposal and unclogged the drain quickly and efficiently. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment and the great management team that makes life here so enjoyable!
I’ve been apartment living for most of my life and have dealt with a lot of the big property management companies, and I will say that Prometheus is hands down the BEST ONE!! From the super friendly and helpful leasing agents to the maintenance team, this place is great! Special shout out to Beach Park’s new Service Manager Edy Andrade who blew me away with his excellent customer service, friendly demeanor, professionalism, quality of work, and his follow through.
