As regular visitors to Maroochydore, we have stayed at many of the apartments in this area over a number of years. This was our first time at Beach on Sixth and it has been one of our best stays overall on the coast. It also helped there was a fabulous bakery and good coffee on the ground floor. Thank you for hospitality - we will be returning!

Beautiful resort with excellent apartments. Facilitie4s such as pool, spar and BBQ great. Staff, especially Lynn were a delight to deal with. Lynn arranged four apartments for our familky and we all enjoyed a great week in Cotton Tree. My wife and I will return in 2026.
We loved our stay the rooms were very clean, great views & staff very helpful & friendly.
Fabulous place to stay Our Apt was clean and spacious ..great views from the balconies ..fully equipped kitchen if you fancy cooking ..Nespresso coffee machine ..would have loved filtered water option on fridge ..great air con and fans ..beds were comfortable..loved watching Foxtel at night ..great location close to cafes and restaurants ..loved the cafe across the road.on the side street ..loved Cotton Beach bar ..and so close to the wonderful beach .loved walking up to Alexander Headlands on the great walking path ...you c... read more
