We are property owners who formerly used URelax as a property manager for our vacation rental in Morro Bay. Through our experience, we have come to know that they do not provide the excellent service they claim. The cleaning of the house was substandard and their response to the most egregious of these issues was to drop us suddenly as a client. The home we rented was dirty, old and lacking basic kitchen amenities -- yet we paid $900 per night because it was an ocean front property. Someone is making big bucks without any regard to putting some proceeds back into the guest experience. AVOID this company and 3350 Beachcomber in Morro Bay if you can.
