Pat at Beach Mini Storage has been a pleasure to work with! They didn't require any insurance or crazy fees like other storage places. It was towards the end of the month when I first started renting a unit and they let me pay at the start of the following month. I'm moving out of town and had to clear out my unit. I offered to still give 30 days and pay for the extra month, but Pat told me not to worry about it. He even left me a sweet voicemail thanking me for my business.
