I have had my Lincolns serviced at Beach Lincoln for the last 6 years. I've had one service problem and it was rectified quickly. They have kept my Lincolns running well.

Horrible service… can’t get anyone to answer the phone and receptionist is rude. Do better
So very sad. Once a great place for service. Now it’s Take it or Leave it. We can’t help you. We don’t have the resources. When you walk into service dept everyone just keeps their heads down until it is extremely obvious some one is standing in doorway. Heard a lot of excuses. But the bottom line is the franchise is not as successful as it once was with Beach expanding into other Brands. I was sold a great car that had promises attached.
