They put a slit in my car and claim that they didn't do it. I drove in with NO damage and got it back damage. They tried to blame it on the sun. Took it to the dealership and they said it was from an outside influence. After reading MANY reviews, it seems as though I'm not the only one going through these problems. They do a great job washing and waxing I bring my car all the time
Horrible job! Broke my window lied said it was like that when I pulled in, video shows my window was just fine when I pulled in. Manager Efrin lied about being 2 hours away and he is the only one who knows how to play back the video. Luckily my husband knows and supervisor Martin had him do it we clearly see my windows are just fine. Manager who was 2 hours away happens to show up. Martin and Ronnie were very nice but other than them this place is a joke! I will never go back!

WORST CAR WASH EVER! First off there were still pieces of food in the middle of the seats after they "vacuumed" it. Then the guy drying it after must have been Greek because he used Windex on everything, the paint, the interior, the wheels, and of course the glass. To top it off it took more than an hour to take my money. NEVER AGAIN!
