My extended family and I (all 17 of us - grandparents, parents, and kids, aunts and uncles and cousins) spent a week in June at this place. The house is big enough to hold lots of people. We could all sit at the kitchen table/counter for meals. The closeness to the beach is a great plus. We plan to return many times!
This house was such a great find. We had a great new Years Party here with Family and Friends. The adults mostly stayed downstairs where the huge Island provided a nice area to talk, graze on snacks, and still be in the conversation with the folks in the living room couch area. The groups of kids aging 10-16 used the upstairs living room to play the WII and play games in the large sunroom bedroom that has a large table in it overlooking the ocean.
