We rent our large home 3rd from the beach in Beach Haven Crest, NJ that sleeps up to19 for summer vacations, holidays, wedding families, and retreats year round. We are now starting our 2019 bookings. My extended family and I (all 17 of us - grandparents, parents, and kids, aunts and uncles and cousins) spent a week in June at this place. The house is big enough to hold lots of people. We could all sit at the kitchen table/counter for meals. The closeness to the beach is a great plus. We plan to return many times!
This house was such a great find. We had a great new Years Party here with Family and Friends. The adults mostly stayed downstairs where the huge Island provided a nice area to talk, graze on snacks, and still be in the conversation with the folks in the living room couch area. The groups of kids aging 10-16 used the upstairs living room to play the WII and play games in the large sunroom bedroom that has a large table in it overlooking the ocean.
