Location a plus. The downside, 3 times in the middle of the night the fire detector went off. When we dropped of the keys, not a flinch of offering compensation in some fashion. It’s one thing to have it go off once but 3 times between 1:34 am and 2:15 am was a bit much. If there had been a ounce of remorse, would absolutely recommend. It’s not the way I do business, but maybe my expectations are too high for others.
Just a fabulous place to stay and really enjoy life. Relax and fall in love with Capitola Village.This beach house is the perfect location to enjoy view and walk or a bike through town.
We have used Beach House Rentals for years. The people are great to work with and are always helpful in finding the best beach house for you. All the houses are nice and well-maintained and their cleaning service does a great job too!
We’ve stayed at one of the beach houses here and had a wonderful stay! Capitola is we’re we got married so it holds a special place in our hearts. We go as often as we can and thanks to beach house rentals they make our stay so much more enjoyable �
We keep going back. The rentals are always nice, we have tried different ones to have the variety. We have some favorites, Capitola is wonderful.
Wonderful people and places. Sara is the best, if you have a question she gets you the answer. The two different properties we have stayed at were amazing, clean, everything we needed or wanted. We will absolutely be staying again.
