GREAT FISH FOOD – My family and I went here to Ericsson , and I will say this, i did not see any flies in this restraunt, and the service was great, friendly waitdress and waiters, and the food was very good , will go back for more food and an awesome view of the beach .....5 stars!!!
OK, but I wish it was better – It's on the beach! At the pier! Great location and view. Except when you walk in there's flies. It's not gross, but there's always flies. I guess it's the beach so its normal? I've taken outta town family there and I don't think they really liked it. It's loud and for the price, view, which set up the expectation, they were unimpressed. If it was off the beach it wouldn't be so bad, but that's what makes this place.
will NEVER return – The service was bad and it was overpriced for what you got. We waited for way to long (not even that busy) and when the food arrived we were very disapointed! A GREAT VIEW IS JUST ABOUT ALL YOU GET – I've been going to Eric Ericsson's for the view and overpriced drinks for years. Since it's the only restaurant on the pier, there's not much choice. Their food is mediocre and not the freshest, the waitstaff is pretty terrible, and their bar is limited and expensive. If you just want to look at the view and have some pricey cocktails it's great! If good seafood is what you're looking for, try another place...
Great view – Did not like the service. This restaurant needs to schedule more staff for busier hours. Service was slow and the server was frustrated with having to serve many tables at the same time. The server did manage to appear pleasant.
Great Service, Great Food, Great Fun! – We love Eric Ericsson's for the great food, wonderful service and fun atmosphere. The view is nice, especially at sunset. In the summer, sit out on the patio! I love to take out-of-town guests as we always have a great time - we've never been rushed to get out, either. You're able to spend time to talk and laugh. One of the Best Seafood restraunts! – I ate here about 5 years ago - It was extremely memorable, the service was excellent, the food was excellent and the price was fair for the quality/service. The other reviewer may have had "other" problems? The reason I am back here is because we will be in the area again in 2 weeks and I can't wait to go back again - I am still craving the clam bake. I have eaten seafood all over the U.S., Mexico and Europe and this ranks in the top 5 in my book.
terrible service-stay away – This restaurant has the most terrible service I have ever seen. When you are spending about 60$ for dinner for 2, you come to expect great service, because the other aspects, food here is at best average, but ridiculously expensive. Its true that it overlooks a not so impressive beach and pier, but thats no reason to just give up on customer service.
