This company built two homes directly across the street from my home in Manhattan Beach. For three years, the subcontractors showed up early, left late, blocked the street without a permit, blocked my driveway and parked in the red zone in front of my home. Despite being warned by the Manhattan Beach Department of Community Development and the MB Police Department repeatedly, they continued these activities almost daily.
