Had the pleasure of living here for over a year before moving out with my partner. Having Sunset Park and the beach within walking distance was such an amazing outlet! I absolutely loved Melody and Angela—they were always so pleasant and helpful anytime something came up. The maintenance team was also very responsive, and the neighbors I met during my time here have become like family. Truly a wonderful community!
Great location but that’s about it. Outdated interior. The shared laundry machines and dryers always has dog hair.
Nice grounds and clean, units are small and prices are always going up. Location has good walking areas.. Pet friendly for a cost..
