Room was clean and ready for guests. The only reason this is getting a 4 is because the view thats shown is extremely misleading. Is across the road from the beach. Maybe 3 rooms have an actual view of the beach from their balcony. And, whole we were there, there was a situation were we didn't have water. Not sure how long it was because we had just gotten back, but their after hours response was fantastic and quick with a solution. This is a great location, I didn't get to meet the staff, but it's a Destin high class spot in the making. They are doing a lot of renovation and remodeling on it at the moment but are doing really great at staying out of guests way with the work, and you barely see anything of construction, or personnel. It's discreet, and guests have a fantastic time just like normal. I like the diversity there, it's very broad.
