Extremely disappointed. stayed 2 nights. Was told I could keep the same room and was moved. No other guests were booked in the room I moved from. Both bathroom toilets were unclean. Was told taxes and fees were included in price was overcharged $26.50 the first night and was overcharged $12.50 Customer service was no help. Nice hotel, clean room, but not a lot of cutlery and dinnerware so made it hard to cook at home. Also walls are really thin so doesn’t feel so much private at times. But was clean and the pool is nice. Super location, only 5 minutes away from the beach, i recommend.
The staff was very friendly and helpful the location was perfect.
My stay at North Beach Village (Beach Gardens) was a great experience for my solo trip. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made me feel welcome right away. The room was a bit run down but clean- you get what you pay for here. The location is a major plus, just a couple of blocks from the beach, as well as nearby cafés and restaurants.
