I really enjoyed my stay, everything was on nice and clean. I will definitely come back again. I have visit another facility before. It was nice too

EDIT: We originally left a poor review that had NOTHING to do with the property itself or the room (facilities here are terrific which is why we've been coming to their hotels for years... you cannot beat the value). It was directly related to a couple of negative interactions we had. After several failed attempts to be heard, we eventually got directed to Amanda (from what I understand she is with HR). The only reason we are giving two stars is because A) the room itself was great for the price and B) the gentleman working today and the gal over the weekend shift were nice to us. But let me start by saying: we’ve been loyal NBV customers for years. We have over 60 nights clocked in here. This is the first trip out of the last five that has been absolutely deplorable. There is nobody in the office, and the door is closed and you need to keep calling in order to check in, without anybody answering
