I’ve read some of the negative reviews online, but wanted to share my own experience renting an apt in Lomita. Both managers we’ve had have been responsive when issues in the apt (Carolyn and Stephanie) I just had a maintenance guy here to fix a kitchen light and Francis Manalong was quick and knowledgeable as well. I knocked off a star overall, because the cleaning guys who come a couple times a month just blow the dirt and debris into our parking and dirty our cars. Complex is kinda grunge all year long. ROACHES!!!!!! Infested with roaches, pool has been empty except for a foot of black water in the deep end since I moved in, never given a key for the trash gate, never given a key for the "gym" room, Chase, the manager, NEVER returns a text or email. I could go on... It's gross. Just don't rent here.
