Well....the view and location are amazing. Some updating and basic cleaning are definitely needed. We probably wouldn't stay here again, but the proximity to great restaurants and night life can't be beat. The stains in the carpet are a deal breaker for a better rating. Updating to tile would be recommended.
Beautiful place right on the front at Cedar Key. Clean, bright and comfortable rooms and an excellent hostess, Jessica made for a long overdue stay in the town. Highly recommended!
I will tell you what I think these people advertise for help and then dismiss them after 3 days saying their friend needs the work so far I know of nine people they have done like this

We had a great stay. Staff friendly. Pool was clean. Room clean. Air conditioning ice cold. Would definitely stay here again.
Perfect place to relax, watch gorgeous sunsets. They have a nice pool and is walking distance to shops, great food and live music.
We had a corner room. It faced the ocean & other side was a pool view...The bed was comfy..We plan a trip in October for the Seafood Festival...
