I purchased my home from Luke and Adrianne Anderson. They made it clear from the start that they were selling for friends. I saw that as a sign of honesty. I was moving from out of state and when I arrived the home was less than clean. After cleaning out whatever had died in the refrigerator, I realized the dishwasher did not work. The repairman got that up and running and the sink started overflowing with yucky stuff, only to find out that the plug on the garbage disposal had never been removed.
