I purchased my home from Luke and Adrianne Anderson. They made it clear from the start that they were selling for friends. I saw that as a sign of honesty. I was moving from out of state and when I arrived the home was less than clean. After cleaning out whatever had died in the refrigerator, I realized the dishwasher did not work.
