Brought a truck in to get serviced for a death wobble. They replaced a few parts under warranty and charged $600 for non warranty parts , and when I got the truck back, it pulls to the left, the steering wheel isnt straight, and the power steering pump is not working making it hard to turn. They told me thats not their fault, and thats how the truck is supposed to drive, but also want $1300 more saying I need new tires and an allignment to fix those issues. If I could give zero stars I would. After 169 days of my car sitting on their lot (no fault of their own, our warranty played a run around game), I was asked multiple times to return the loaner car because ford was getting mad that I still had it, I was told my car would not be fixed, and lastly that my car was in safe working order with a battery that tested perfectly fine.
