Always a great experience. I normally get mobile service visits, which is such a convenient option. Parker is so friendly and professional. This particular visit I had to make in person and I was able to get an appointment right away. Joe was also very friendly and professional. He made sure my questions were answered to my satisfaction and brought my car to me when the servicing was done. Beach Ford is always a pleasure to deal with.

Dropped my truck off on 6/18. Told it would be 3-4 days and I knew there was an issue with the transmission. 2 weeks went by, was told it would be ready at the end of the week. That came and went. Another 2 weeks passed. Told it would be ready wedesnday or Thursday. Also came and went, 0 communication or follow up. Told it would be ready Friday. This has been the worst customer experience I've had. I made an appointment for a recall to replace a backup camera and thought I'd have them run a diag on a shuttered issue as long as it was in. It's been over a week and I can't get anyone to give me an update or even arrange to pick up the vehicle. I would think if you scheduled an appointment a week in advance that meant they had shop time reserved to complete the work. I guess that's not the case here.
