They have a 5 rating???? Must be friends and family driving up the score. The worst technicians I have ever come across. A guy shows up to fix my ceiling fan; absolutely stinks of cigarettes #1, walks into the house without asking if it is alright to leave his shoes on OR he can put blue booties over this shoes -- neither were mentioned, he just walks in #2.
