Mark the owner helped us out when receiving our bikes from Aventon. They arrived before they were supposed to and he stored them till we could pick them up. We had 3 bikes and he was going to assemble them at a discount. My daughters boyfriend said he would assemble them instead. Mark was very pleasant to work with especially because we kept changing what we were going to do. The brakes made noise so we went to his shop to ask why. He told us about a breaking in period. My husband and I hired e-bikes for 4 hours. I hadn’t ridden a bike for over 30 years but Al was really helpful in guiding me and helping build my confidence. He gave us clear directions for the cycle to Venice beach and we had a great day. Would highly recommend.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben im Oktober kurzfristig ohne Reservierung vier E-Bikes geliehen und sind vom Verleih bis zum Santa Monica Pier und zurück geradelt. Wir waren super zufrieden! Der Service und die Einweisung waren super. Jeder der die Gelegenheit hat, sollte die nutzen. Die Fahrräder waren im guten Zustand und das Fahren hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Wenn man gemütlich fahren will, sollte man für die Strecke mindestens 6h einplanen. Wenn man am Pier und an anderen Standorten noch etwas mehr Zeit verbringen will, rate... read more
