Had knee replacement surgery today. Want to thank each and everyone of the nurses, staff members for their excellence in service. Also very kind, compassionate. Thank you ! Also excellent job from my surgeon Dr Kim, the whole OR team. Much respect...
The staff was very friendly and courteous and made me feel safe and comfortable before surgery.
Stay awaaay!!! Terrible schedule and they’re so confused. I waited for more than 3 HOURS in the waiting room to call me for my small procedure which takes about 15 min total, again 15 mins TOTAL! My friend did the local injection in another center and it took him only 15 mins in and out. I had to take the day off from work for their funny schedule!
