Overall property isn’t bad but the individuals who work in the office are horrible at dealing with issues pertaining residents and the constant power outages are an absolute headache.
I’m beyond frustrated with the way this apartment complex handled the recent power outage. The electricity was out for days and during the entire ordeal, there was zero communication from management or the leasing office. No updates, no explanations, not even an email acknowledging the issue. Residents were left in the dark literally and figuratively. I came to visit my cousin for a few days and all I can say is these are the most unprofessional disgusting and revolting apartments I’ve ever been in the hallways are always reaking of tabaco and marijuana the gates to the parking open and close when they want to and as many mice and roaches I’ve seen they could have been mistaken for a pet store
To be honest My overall stay here was horrible where. Am I start one while coming back from a restaurant with my leftovers I’ve gotten chased by a large group or stray cats two the units are loaded with roaches three there’s no security I was followed home by a stranger who gotten access to my unit and broke into my apartment and stole my purse and my dog
