Dr Yanofsky has been my family dr for 20 years and has always been approachable, kind and always on time for appointments.
Called to ask a few questions and receptionist was completely rude, hung up on me when I wasn't even done asking my questions. Lets see if the receptionist learns how to be respectful next time someone calls.
