Stay away! They installed mismatched wood plugs and a damaged newel post that didn’t match the others. I had to catch the mistakes myself and pay out of pocket to fix one, which they took back without credit. They failed to install a temporary railing during construction — a clear California Building Code violation. With kids and pets in the house, I was told to “zip-tie boxes or furniture” together instead. Their contract promised a barrier, then they tried to charge $700 extra for it. I’m extremely disappointed with this company. First, they installed wood plugs diagonally using a completely different wood species, making them extremely obvious and poorly done. I had to catch this mistake myself. They did fix it, but it should have been done right the first time. They also installed a newel post at the bottom of my stairs that had multiple markings and didn’t match the other newels.
