Basically, we spent $9000 with these people and we still don't have a working forklift after 10months and they said yeah sorry we can't fix it. We went along with everything they recommended that they could do to fix it but they didn't fix it. I would not go there. I would not recommend buying anything from them or working with them. We are now stuck with a forklift that doesn't work after spending $9000 and 0 months of waiting.
Beware of misleading lease agreements and poor business ethics at Beach City Lift Inc. I entered into a 5-year lease agreement with Beach City Lift Inc. (11330 Markon Drive, Garden Grove, CA) in March 2025 for a forklift. The deal, as quoted to me by their VP of Sales, Jack Genova, was $399.99 per month including sales tax, with the first 12 months' payments covered by the dealer as a rebate. We normally don't write reviews but we were impressed by the way they handled our situation regarding our pallet jacks. Friendly people and we left happy
Our company was able to receive quick and reasonable quote for a brand new forklift. They had other equipments for sale also. Overall much better than other dealers we spoke to in the area
