It seems like they just have the one MRI machine and it's located just off the floor of a PT place. The changing room is not exactly private. There's a half curtain, no door. Anyone could walk in. But the biggest issue was that they didn't send a report or images to the ordering physician until I called one week after the scan, during which time I heard nothing. There are much better options for scans. Go to Mink Radiology.
This clinic’s treatment of patients after payment is unacceptable. After my surgery and treatments, I was ignored, disrespected, and made to wait hours just to request basic invoices. Instead of professionalism, I was met with dismissive attitudes and zero accountability. They were quick to take my money, but once the procedures were done, I was treated as though I no longer mattered. Highly disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this clinic.
FYI this place low key sucks. Different rehab person each time each with a different plan. What a waste of $50/$80 . You’re better off looking else where. The doctors were legit but this whole rehab thing they run is for old people.
I recently had an MRI performed at this location by Amanda White, and my experience was extremely negative. She was unprofessional throughout the process and made me feel very uncomfortable during the exam. Her demeanor came across as rude and dismissive, which left me feeling unsafe and disrespected as a patient. After nerve damage following a reverse shoulder replacement, I was unable to make a fist with my right hand. Thanks to Adrianna and her incredible team, I have regained my grip and am continuing to strengthen my hand every day. Adrianna is not only highly skilled but also deeply supportive, and I am so grateful for her expertise and care.
