I honestly don't know what I would do without this team. I was able to avoid surgery with their help
I think the staff is really friendly, and I like Dr. Spragg. But the wait times are pretty ridiculous when you have an appointment. And if you email the front desk with a question for the doctor, regardless of if you remind the front desk again later or speak to someone in person, your questions won't get answered. I'm not sure if the desk just isn't passing them on, or if Dr. Spragg just doesn't get around to following up with patients who have questions, but it's one of those two things . . .
We love Beach Cities Orthopedics! Dr. Spragg has been amazing — kind, careful, and so supportive when my daughter broke her hand. Today was my 1st appt after a painful reverse shoulder replacement. I was in a lot of pain hopng it would just be a consultation. Well Jess had other plans for me. She was very kind & caring & professional & I felt better after I left. Jess was great so far!! Great atmosphere everyone was friendly & professional
