Very good location.
This place is great! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the facility is clean, the rooms are stocked with towels and I love having being able to chill out and watch Netflix. After a tough workout or a long work week this is definitely the place to go to get rejuvenated.

This place is fantastic. I train really hard and the therapies here take away soreness which allows me to progress much faster in my training!!
