I have always been one to approach chiropractic medicine with skepticism. I have never been happier to admit how wrong I was about a preconceived notion I held so tightly. This week I threw my back out (again happens about one a year). I was in so much pain, I finally decided to try this as an option. One visit and I am almost completely pain free.
