I ordered a Surface, it arrived damaged. I immediately contacted seller, got approved for a RMA, sent it back to them and now they say its my fault it was damaged and now I am out the money and the Surface. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT STAND BY THEIR RETURNS. I am now out over $1200. I am disputing with my credit card company. I will never buy from these crooks again. Avoid this company.
