My first time ever tanning at this facility was a great experience! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They greet you as soon as you walk in and they greet you as you are leaving! Definitely worth the money!

My buddy didn't like me starting to tan initially but he liked the tan 3 weeks later. Lol
Three years ago I would've given 5 stars. Staff were friendly and helpful. Started going again last month and its 100% different. Staff are condescending and unfriendly. I used to go to relax and looked forward to it. Now I can't wait until my ten sessions that were gifted to me are used up. And why, may I ask, is there no longer anything provided to cover your eyes?! I'll be going somewhere else from now on if I feel like tanning. This is in regards to Martinsburg, WV store.
