I've learned this location was taken over by corporate and wow what a difference! The store is immaculate and all the girls working are dolls. So helpful and sweet anytime I come in for a spray.
I have been tanning here for 2 years and the tanning beds are always clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful.
I'd have to say that tanning at the Englewood Beach Bum was a big mistake on my part. I just moved here from Hoboken and still have a package. The service was nothing short of DISGUSTING. I just wanted to pay for a single session for my first visit and the guy behind the counter happened to not only charge me for 5 sessions, he was talking to me with his mouth full of greasy food. I have used Beach Bum tanning for years, but this was my first experience with the Englewood shop. They are horrible compared to the rest. The customer service is rude and non-existant. Even though I live in Englewood, I now drive further so I can go to the one in Paramus.
