Unfortunately, I agree with the 3 previous reviews, particularly David Ballard's review. Phone calls and emails went unanswered, tenants moved out and the house was a mess. I stopped by the office today and it is vacant and doors were locked. Their voicemail states that the office is closed due to Hurricane Dorian-that was several months ago. They never returned my house keys and I do not know who may have them. I googled rental agencies in Vero Beach and found a wonderful agent - Al Benkert. He was able to rent our property... read more
The service and professionalism of this company is absolutely horrendous. I have been waiting 9 months for my security deposit and cannot even get the courtesy of a return phone call. Shawna Clark (owner/manager) continues to ignore any form of communication. She would not even respond to The Better Business Bureau after a complaint was filed. This company should be put out of business and that is exactly what will happen if they continue to operate as they currently are.

Still waiting over 75 days for security deposit refund. On May 19,2020 Shawna Clark finally answered 3rd e-mail saying she just disbursed March move outs. Our lease stated that security deposits would be returned 30-40 calendar days after move out. That was day 49. It is now June 18,2020 and still no check. Still hasn’t returned my follow up e-mails. Definitely not a professionally run business. She’s supposed to be the owner. I have filed a complaint with Board of Realtors and the BBB. I even told her that and she still has... read more
If you are considering using Beach and Beyond Rentals as a manager for your rental property, I would very strongly advise against that, based on my two and a half years’ experience with the company.
