I bought my BMW from Joe several months ago. It ran well for 1 month only then started having major problems...to the point it stopped running completely. Five mechanics and over $1800.00 later it's running well now. Warning!!! My wife and I tried to return the car after only one day and 35 miles and Joe would not take it back, even though contract stated we could return within first 250 miles. Joe is extremely untrustworthy and only cares about himself. DO NOT BUY FROM BEACH AUTO!!! Steven M

We bought our car almost 3 months ago. Ran well for 1 month, after that our BMW has been down and out! It has not run for almost 2 months now. We called Joe and let him know we were not happy. Joe made it sound as though he was concerned. Three times Joe told me that his mechanic would come out to see about getting the car running. Three times they did not show. We bought a BMW 330XI little over 3 months ago. The car ran well for one month only. Since then, the car has been nothing but an absolute nightmare. Seems like every part of the car from the trunk to the front grill is broken. The car hasn't even run for over a month and we have put in over $1000 into the car so far and now have taken it to a 4th mechanic. the car has been jumped 3 times and now towed 3 times because it won't hold a charge and the computer is not working correctly to give an answer. I bought a Toyota sequoia from Joe. After five weeks the transmission went out. I went back three times and Joe told me he would help me find a good transmission shop. But each time he said he would call me back and each time he failed to do so. I wasn't asking him to pay just trying to give him an opportunity to do right by me and he failed miserably.

Great prices, Integrity – Joe, the owner, is a no-nonsense seller. He will give you his best price up front. He will show you to Carfax report plus the blue book value of the car on the internet. The SUV we bought was about $2k less than the blue book value and was in excellent condition. We had been looking around and knew this was a great deal. Automotive – Beach Auto Sale, is not concerned about customers well being nor the safety mechanics of the automobile. Joe Cricchio and Mike Boffy are rejects that could not make it working for other dealerships because of integrity issues. I have found them "Beach Automotive" to be distrustful, and sale automobiles that do not meet minimum safety standards.
