They recommended me and assured me that by cancelling my policy only with one signature they made me cancel it knowing that I was leaving the country on the 20th and having a date to cancel the 19th now they tell me that they cannot or do not want proof these people are forcing me to pay for something that I am not using and that they had assured me that if a problem would be canceled.

Had an appointment. Checked in and sat down. Didn't get called while they ran through all the walk in numbers so eventually took a number myself to get in line. Got most of the way through my registration before the computers went down. Left an hour later with nothing accomplished. What a waste of time. It's unfortunate this is the only option.
