Ruined my refinance by missing/getting wrong obvious and BASIC key details of the home like the type of windows, size of the driveway, and saying there is no attic access despite the OBVIOUS stair access. It’s like she didn’t look at any details and guessed based on pictures online. Grossly undervalued the home. Sure it’s an opinion but even my mortgage company even asked their people to take her out of their Rolodex being she’s screwed them on two appraisals, one being mine! I cannot recommend this company/person for appraisals. My experience was not a good one at all. She undervalued my home despite it being in a prime area with many higher priced comps and costly upgrades I did to my home. She completely derailed my refinance and I have to start over. I have never had a home appraisal that only took 15 minutes. I would give zero stars if allowed!
Lisa handled our FHA appraisal. We found her knowledgeable, thorough and very friendly. She helped us feel very comfortable with the process and was a pleasure to work with.
