I cannot recommend this company/person for appraisals. My experience was not a good one at all. She undervalued my home despite it being in a prime area with many higher priced comps and costly upgrades I did to my home. She completely derailed my refinance and I have to start over. I have never had a home appraisal that only took 15 minutes. I would give zero stars if allowed!
Lisa handled our FHA appraisal. We found her knowledgeable, thorough and very friendly. She helped us feel very comfortable with the process and was a pleasure to work with.
