ZERO stars actually…. We DEEPLY REGRET hiring Sarah Wood. We hired Sarah out of desperation due to a tight timeline to sell our house and looking back we should have found another way. Hiring her was a HUGE mistake. She did not listen to us or do what we wanted, she overstepped and was VERY difficult to work with. It made our transaction SO MUCH more stressful for us. I entered into an agreement with Evelyn at Beach & Bay Realty to purchase a boat slip at the Harbor-side Boat Club, May 16th. We agreed on a price and I was trying to decide whether to use my LLC or personal name due to concerns over my liability insurance and how the dock was to be covered.
