Very professional estimate on new air conditioner. Explained all the options very well and we will be making our decision shortly.
Keegan came out and was very courteous and professional. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and found a bad sensor. He was able to get the unit running and cooling again but had to order a new sensor. He will return in a few days to. Install it. Thankfully this is all under warranty. It is disappointing that we have had so many problems with this Trane unit, as Waccamaw HVAC had to come out multiple times since the unit was first installed. They were very patient and apologetic. Beach air has serviced our HVAC system since they replaced the original unit 8 years ago. They are professional, thorough and prompt. Our new technician, Dominic, did a fantastic job and we would love to have him service our system for future maintenance. The service since the initial installation (which was great) has been terrific. Thanks Beach Air!
