I had my eyelashes (strips) done there. They were the worst ever. They were falling off before I left the shop. The lady was very argumentative when I told her the lash wasn't sticking. I don't know how well they are with their other services but lash extensions are a definite no- no.
Gomati was very rude and unprofessional. She also does terrible brows and gets an attitude if you ask her to correct them. If I’m paying you for a service, you don’t have the authority to insist on doing my brows to your liking.
I’ve been going here for years. The last two visits with two different threaders, was HORRIBLE. I was very descriptive on how I wanted my brows done. Both threaders said okay and did exactly what I asked them not to do. Specifically, I asked for the least amount of hair to be removed and not to thread underneath as I like a more natural look. I will never go back!!! They will give you the brows they want you to have, not what you ask for.
Gomati is fantastic! She’s skilled, professional, and always delivers amazing results. Her friendly and welcoming nature makes every visit a great experience. Highly recommend!
I’m new to the area and have finally found a good spot for eyebrow threading. I also love that they have an easy online appointment system. I’ll be back!
